Comfortable hotel, situated 5 minutes from the beach and 10 from the old town. The rooms are clean and spacious. Staff are pleasant attentive and responsive to requests. Food quality is generally excellent and plentiful. Swimming pool is warmish and a good size.

Hotel was very clean, they changed the sheets/towels daily and also quite cheap. Close to the beach and the city centre. Unfortunately the staff was very rude. The waiters blamed us for not booking the restaurant ahead and we apologized as we had not been told. He then continued for 15mins and started raising his voice at us infront of everyone in the restaurant.. very unprofessional! Is the customer no longer always right? The restaurant cleaners give anxiety as they are constantly cleaning tables very loudly which makes you feel like you need to finish your plate as soon as possible. You do not need to slam the plates right next to customers who are trying to enjoy their breakfast... Overall good experience but they need to teach their staff basic customer service rules. People in other countries would be fired for this sort of behaviour...

When we arrived at the hotel reception was busy but the staff were very friendly and efficient. Our room was comfortable and well appointed with all of the usual facilities. The food in the restaurant was well cooked and presented and the waiting staff highly efficient. There is a very pleasant patio area above the pool and whilst the bar is inside, it is close enough for this not to be a problem. Well worth visiting.

Weĺl situated for the old town but rather basic. Not enough staff to clear tables or restock a breakfast. Only one coathangar in the wardrobe. It took 2 visits to reception and a phone call to get 3 more. It was clean, the bed was comfortable and the evening meal was good.

Great place central to both beach and town and harbour. The rooms are ok yet is vast and Natale serves the best drinks from a small bar. The food is ok but it's all about the location.

We spent two nights in this comfortable hotel which is convenient for its private beach. We spent a day at leisure in this beautiful resort after a very busy tour of Puglia and Basilicata and enjoyed every minute of it. We enjoyed a boat trip to the coastal caves in the morning and a wonderful, langurous afternoon alternatvely swimming and lazing on the provided sunbed. Our room was comfortable, the staff attentive and friendly. I would have liked some fresh pineapple, mango and/or melon for breakfast.

The location is perfect because It is near the Sea and near to the city centre. Rooms are clean and comfortable. I had only breakfast in the hotel and It was very good with International breakfast (croissants, eggs, bacon, bread and everything you want)
